Approve campaigns right from your email.

You have campaigns to approve but don’t have the time to approve them. We hear you – that’s why we’re excited to announce a new feature for Essentials: the capability to approve your campaigns from a single screen! Simply click the link in your approval email to view your campaigns and approve them without even logging into your portal. Take a look at the details below.

Here’s What to Expect
After your Performance Manager has enabled the new Single Page Campaign Approval setting and notified you, you’ll have access to this new feature. When you have campaigns ready for approval, the notification email you receive will have a link to the new approval page.

When you click the approval link, you’ll be directed to the new approval page.

On the new approval page, you’ll be able to review the launch date, media type, estimated cost, notification count, and the campaign proof. If you have changes, simply click ‘I Have Changes’ and enter your changes. This step will return the campaign to the campaign designer and notify the designer. If your campaign is ready for launch, click ‘Approve.’

And just like that, you can approve your campaigns quickly and efficiently. To optimize your campaign approval process using this new feature, or for any other questions regarding Essentials, please reach out to your Performance Manager.
