The Quote customer portal is a microsite personalized to each individual customer. It factors in customer history, current payment information and more. Plus it enables customers to easily view, change or browse additional trade-up options. Accessible via any Quote email communication the customer receives, this tool provides customers with more flexibility in their offers—and allows them to safely explore all their best options.
Picking just the right vehicle
When a customer clicks through the communication, they are directed to their own microsite which displays the offer they’ve just received. From here, the customer has two options: they can pick a different vehicle option, or show their interest in the offer. By clicking on Section 2: Choose Your Vehicle, the customer can pick a new model, or find their favorite trim. With every new option the customer selects, a revised estimated payment is instantly populated in Section 3: New Estimated Payment.
After a customer has decided on an offer, they have the option to click a Contact Us button right from the page. Once they click it, they’ll see a confirmation message and an email will automatically be sent to your dealership to notify you of their interest. Plus, the offer will be saved to the customer’s file as a locked quote for future reference.
