    Dealers had a couple of months of positive year-over-year sales in the second half of 2020 while service declined every month since February.
  • Appointment trends indicate better days are ahead for service.
    Q4 appointment counts compared to the prior, while still negative, were 4 to 6 percentage points better than RO trends. Appointments are a leading indicator of repair orders.
