Good news for busy AutoLoop Quote^™ users: the Quote CRM Helper is here. CRM Helper is a custom extension for the Google Chrome web browser, developed just for Quote users and available for free from the Chrome App Store here.

The Quote CRM Helper allows users to access Quote from within an AutoLoop XRM^™, VinSolutions Connect, or ELEAD1ONE CRM for even more efficiency in the service lane. First, the Quote CRM Helper accesses the Customer Details screen in Quote via your CRM. Then, it automatically searches Quote for the customer you’ve selected. If an active quote exists, a small pop-up window with a detailed quote overview will appear on the right side of your CRM.

Getting started with Quote CRM Helper is as easy as a few clicks. After installing the helper, you will need to log in to your Quote account if you aren’t already. Then, refresh the page if needed, and a Quote icon will appear on the upper right corner of your browser. Now, just use the same Quote username and password you just used to access Quote to link the CRM Helper tool to your Quote account. Then, you can navigate to your CRM to begin using the tool!
