With this new update, you can now instantly email a customer’s equity quote to them in an attractive pre-designed email. No campaign, no printing, no waiting: with just a few clicks in the Customer Details screen, a personalized quote email is ready to send anytime.

Simple, yet effective

While the new instant email templates offer the same eye-catching appeal and engaging elements as your campaigns, the simple language and predefined creative make them uniquely applicable for all your customers. Plus, they’re easy to send:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Details screen.
  2. Click on the Quotes tab.
  3. Select “Send Email” at the bottom of your screen.
  1. Edit details if necessary.
  2. Click “Send Email.”

Quick, easy, and still completely personalized

Once your customers receive their instant quote from the salesperson, they can ask questions and discuss any areas of concern, or they may choose to view all their options from home first. By clicking the large “View My Offer” button, they are immediately connected to their personalized portal. From here, they can swap trims, change models, or revise details as needed to reach their preferred payment amount—all without having to keep track of paper printouts or hard-copy details. Plus, you can see what your customers are exploring via the Portal Activity Report and Activity tab in the Customer Details screen. Not only does this give you more insight into what your customers are searching, it helps provide some background so your team can further drive the sale next time you communicate with them.

At any time in this process, customers can also click the “Contact Me” button at the bottom of the portal page. When they do this, an email will automatically send to your dealership, and that customer will be bumped to the top of the Sales Ledger to ensure they’re highest priority.
