Comprehensive training is essential to getting the most from all AutoLoop products. That’s why we always make sure our dealers have the knowledge to master them, right from the start. By providing a wealth of information to keep you up to speed on what’s new with the products you use, you’ll increase your usage and thus, your ROI.

We recommend ongoing learning through any of our various resources to find out how to best use our products and, by extension, the best way to keep your customers happy. Here’s a look at just a few of the learning tools in your arsenal.

Product simulation training courses

We’re excited to offer a new, self-paced option for product training. Powered by an online learning management system, these interactive product simulations provide a hands-on learning experience. The AutoLoop MPI™ Product Overview course is now online, with similar courses for AutoLoop Book™ to follow soon. In addition to these initial product overview simulations, our training team will be providing ongoing interactive product simulations to cover new features as they are released.

Training videos

Whether you just need a quick refresher on a product feature you haven’t used in a while, or want to learn about a totally new feature, our training videos are a great resource. They feature easy to follow, step-by-step walkthroughs of our products from the experts who helped build them. These training videos are found in the Online Help Center.

Newsletters

Of course, whenever there’s something exciting to learn on an AutoLoop product, you can read all about it in a newsletter article. It’s the simplest way to stay informed of what’s new with all AutoLoop products. From new features to the latest results of an exclusive customer study, if it’s worth knowing, you’ll find it here!

For more information on any of the learning resources detailed here, please visit our online training catalog or contact your Performance Manager.
