Automatically attach opcodes to services
Have services that you already know will be included in every appointment? Ensure your most popular services are built into service appointments with automatic opcodes. If your shop has an opcode for car washes or other standard customer services, for example, it can automatically be added to an appointment’s services. The new feature saves time, allowing for even faster service appointments, satisfied customers, and added shop capacity.
Select all time slots for capacity overrides
Inputting capacity overrides is now simpler as well. A new checkbox on the Capacity Overrides page now allows Service Managers to select all time slots in a single click. To avoid confusion and double-booking, configurations noted as “All Day,” such as Max Daily or Greeter Appointments, will not have the checkbox option.
