Chief Product & Strategy Officer

As Chief Client Officer, Kevin is responsible for the Affinitiv’s Client Services, Creative, Digital, Email, Call Center and Print teams. Kevin is a successful leader with more than 15 years’ experience in developing and managing automotive sales and service CRM programs for OEM clients. He has extensive experience in identifying opportunities within an organization, hiring and developing the best talent, while building strong client relationships.

Prior to joining Affinitiv in January 2017, Kevin was with Epsilon (formerly Aspen Marketing Services) for 8 years. During his tenure, Kevin led the strategy and development for several successful OEM launches. By working directly with dealers, regions and corporate offices, Kevin focused on providing ROI and value at every level. Most recently, Kevin was promoted to Senior Vice President and asked to manage the West Coast (Costa Mesa) office P&L, staffing and client relationships with an emphasis on increasing client satisfaction.

Before Epsilon, Kevin was an Account Executive and managed business development for R.L. Polk & Co. He holds a B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Central Michigan University. In his personal life, Kevin is married and has two young children.
