In his almost 12 years as CFO and board member for Brandmuscle (a Chicago-based provider of marketing automation software), Adam was instrumental in strategic decision making, overall financial management for the entire company, and running the day-to-day operations for the company’s largest division, including two manufacturing facilities.
His extensive experience with diversification and marketing in addition to the acquisition of companies and related integration efforts, made Adam an invaluable asset for the company. Adam participated in the early development of a primary software tool and other secondary tools, where he helped sell those solutions to customers and make them fully integrated into the entire suite of products and company workflow.
As a member of the board of directors and executive committee, Adam led or was involved in, all aspects of the business from Sales to Strategic Planning to Operations. From an operational standpoint, Adam determined best sources for fulfillment and drove the overall manufacturing strategy of the company. During his tenure at Brandmuscle, Adam led the acquisition of four companies. Adam brings a depth of knowledge at integrating companies together and moving them quickly toward increased profitability.
