She’s only been with AutoLoop for a little over a year, but Field Account Manager Dickie Travinski consistently earns high marks from her customers for her extraordinary performance.
At Tennessee’s Twin City Buick GMC Hyundai Mazda, Dickie has a reputation for being unfailingly kindhearted, intelligent and professional.
“In the 8-plus years we’ve been with AutoLoop, no account manager has outshone Dickie,” says Assistant Sales Manager Candie McGinnis. “She always answers my calls and emails, and no matter what issue I bring to her, she is totally spot-on. My questions or concerns are handled with compassion, understanding – and most of all, results. She does more than just get the job done: she is an infectiously wonderful person who does it with style, finesse, and accuracy.”
Born and raised in Alaska, and mother of three bright children, Dickie has become an equal fan of all the people she’s met in her dealerships across the south. “Every day, I welcome the opportunity to help my stores sell more cars through great marketing and customer relationship management,” she says. “I love the car business and all the challenges it brings.”
Away from work, Dickie and her family help cheer for LSU, where her son aspires to play baseball – another great chance to use the extraordinary support skills that are already getting her noticed.
