Poised for Transformative Growth in 2021

At the helm of this transformative year is Affinitiv’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Sid Nair, who joined as the company’s leader in August 2020.
With less than 5 months under his belt, Nair hit the ground running and implemented a management system to help Affinitiv achieve a successful year with several major milestones that set the stage for transformative growth in 2021. 2020 was highlighted by revenue-generating partnerships with key OEMs, the launch of a touchless service offering via its new product called Connect Transport, and the delivery of cutting-edge digital marketing in collaboration with Google’s Automotive Advertising Team as well as Amazon’s Demand Side Platform (DSP). Through these innovations, Affinitiv has continued to reaffirm its commitment to a technology-driven, consultative approach that creates customers for life through reimagined experiences.
In Q4 2020, Affinitiv also launched a new go-to-market strategy and new sales structure with focused resources for strategic accounts, enterprise dealer groups, and individual dealerships, supported by sales specialists / SMEs for each major product category. The company successfully closed several large deals, including a multi-year agreement with Kia for its Kia Owner Retention Experience (KORE) Program that will go through 2023. Affinitiv’s enterprise sales pipeline is the largest it has ever been, setting the stage for double-digit growth in 2021.
The new Executive Leadership Team, formed by Nair, and the detailed build-out of each department across the organization laid a solid foundation for success. The launch of strategic initiatives around revenue acceleration, customer satisfaction, innovation council, product marketing, and next-gen platform roadmap have created a bias for action that is growth-oriented.
To build on the path for accelerated growth in 2021, Nair focused on aligning the organization through the launch of Affinitiv’s new mission, vision, and value statements which were integral to the company’s strategy. The organization continued to build on its commitment to a diverse workforce by supporting the diversity council; BRIDGE (Building Real Inclusion via Deliberate Growth and Empathy). Affinitiv is proud to have 16 different BRIDGE business resource groups that lead Affinitiv’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to continue to bring the company and culture together.
