Start with Customer Details
Already containing a wealth of information, the Customer Details page provides exactly what it says: every detail you might possibly need on a customer, in one easy-to-use pop-up modal. It’s even more helpful with the new side-by-side spec comparisons. These comparisons arm sales staff with details on the customer’s current and quoted vehicles—and having this information ensures a smooth, positive process, regardless of their familiarity with the brand or trim of either vehicles.
In addition, a knowledgeable salesperson directly leads to increased customer confidence. If a customer asks how their quoted vehicle is better than their current, and you simply reply with, “it’s newer,” you’ll likely have trouble closing the sale. But if you can look it up in an instant and provide those details, the customer will be more inclined to trade up, or even better, they may become loyal to your store.
To access this information, select your customer from the Sales Ledger, navigate to the Quotes tab, and select Vehicle Info.
