BombBomb offers enhanced video analytics to track who watched your video and when so you can follow up with interested customers in a timely manner. Plus, scheduling options give you more control over your communications and ready-made responses save you valuable time.
Get Integrated with BombBomb
If you already use BombBomb to generate opportunities and improve customer interactions at your store, you can take advantage of this integration available through XRM. From your user profile at the top right corner of BombBomb, click on Integrations. At the top right corner of this page, you’ll find your API Key – this will be your key to integrate with XRM.
When you log into XRM, navigate to Employee Vendor Link under the Maintenance menu. From here, you can choose the employees to enable this integration for, the vendor – BombBomb – and the vendor value, which is the API Key from your BombBomb profile. Click Save and you’re set to send videos! Now, when sending a new email or SMS to a customer, there will be a video icon that allows you to include an existing video or record a new one.
