Give your team access to all the data AutoLoop XRM™ offers wirelessly. WebXRM allows you to get to work from any device connected to the internet. And accessing the web-based XRM application is easy! Simply enter www.car-research.com/xrm into your browser search bar and you’ll be directed right to the login screen.
Here, you’ll enter the same credentials you use to log in to the desktop application.
You can also login from the homepage of www.car-research.com – the Login button at the top right of your screen in the image below will direct you to the login screen shown below.
Lastly, your Main Menu divisions are displayed across the top of your screen (rather than to the left, as in the application) so you can jump to the section you need with a single click.
WebXRM works without the need of an application or installation, making it easier than ever to get more staff access to the system. Plus, while the XRM application is currently only available for Windows devices, the web-based version grants you access to XRM on Apple® and Android™ devices. And nearly all functionality of the XRM system is available online, enabling you to complete follow-up with customers, document phone calls and emails, view reports, and more.
