A simple, yet highly convenient new feature, MPI shop notes give you more flexibility in how you keep and share notes related to an inspection. You can even copy and paste parts information directly from your DMS into the MPI application. Plus, it helps you eliminate back and forth between systems. If you get your team in the habit of keeping detailed notes, you’ll maintain an efficient and well-informed service lane.
This new capability can also help with explaining the results of MPIs to customers. This will help Service Advisors to have the full picture of what services need to be performed and why, allowing them to provide better explanations and updates to customers.
