WatchDog Surveys for Showroom Success
Under the Engage Call Center menu in XRM, you’ll find the customer survey details in the Showroom WatchDog Interviews section. Here, you can search, sort, view, and print your customer surveys.
And when you select an interview, you’ll find the customer’s contact information, the salesperson, managers, and other staff associated with their showroom visit, plus the answers they provided on the survey call.
From this screen you can enter notes, contact the customer for follow-up, and mark complete when finished to easily keep track of every WatchDog interview interaction.
