Need to edit a customer’s contact information, but don’t have time to update the DMS? No problem—with this new feature in AutoLoop Quote™, you can edit a customer’s contact info in an instant. Plus, you can rest assured it gets updated in your DMS. Here’s how it works:
- When you’re within the customer’s profile, you’ll see a pencil icon next to the editable contact information. Click the icon next to the data you wish to edit.
- You’ll notice the field opens up, allowing you to key in new information. Edit as necessary and click the green checkmark, or click the red “x” if you wish to leave the information as is.
- And that’s it! The DMS write-back process begins shortly after you select the green checkmark, ensuring consistent contact information between the AutoLoop platform and your DMS.
This capability must be enabled and will vary from store to store based on the integration options you have in your DMS provider.
