Already have BombBomb? Get integrated!
If you already use BombBomb to generate opportunities and improve customer interactions at your store, you can now take advantage of this new integration available through XRM. From your user profile at the top right corner of BombBomb, click on Integrations. At the top right corner of this page, you’ll find your API Key – this will be your key to integrate with XRM.
When you log into XRM, navigate to Employee Vendor Link under the Maintenance menu. From here, you can choose the employees to enable this integration for, the vendor – BombBomb – and the vendor value, which is the API Key from your BombBomb profile. Click Save and you’re set to send videos! Now, when sending a new email or SMS to a customer, there will be a video icon that allows you to include an existing video or record a new one.
