Now, if your dealership uses CARFAX, Quote makes it quick and easy to pull up reports for vehicles being considered for trade-in. To get started, simply reach out to your Performance Manager to enable this useful feature. Once enabled, you can choose to view full CARFAX reports by clicking on the CARFAX icon next to a customer’s name in Customer Details, or you can get a quick overview of their report by hovering over the CARFAX icon.

Having fast access to a customer’s CARFAX report provides a wealth of benefits to your dealership, including:
- Knowledge of past accidents involving the vehicle, from minor incidents to major collisions and totals
- Recall and safety information for the year, make and model of the vehicle
- Odometer fraud notification to alert salespeople to any odometer rollbacks
- Title status to ensure the vehicle has a clean title
