Since joining AutoLoop over ten years ago, Tier 2 Support employee Karina Ibarra has become a crucial part of the XRM team in Houston. Through her hard work and dedication, Karina’s can-do attitude shines and sets the example of excellence not only in Support, but in every department she has contributed to.
Paving the way with her work ethic, Karina has rolled up her sleeves and put passion into several departments, starting out in the call center as a research associate and working her way to editor before moving to Tier 1, and later Tier 2, in the support department. She played a vital role in the iCare department in its infancy before moving back to Tier 2. Technical Support Manager Charles Luza values her work. “She is a cornerstone of productivity in our department,” he states. “Not only does Karina show up with a strong work ethic, her quick wit and sense of humor can often lighten the mood when things are hectic.”
Karina brings that same dedication to her home life as well, and loves to spend time with her young son. She is a big fan of Starbucks®, appreciates a good mole dish, and is patiently awaiting the release of the next Avengers movie.
