In-lane inspections – and upsells – are a snap.

SmartLane equips advisors with a consistent checklist of inspection points, providing them with more opportunities to identify and upsell vehicle repairs. From the “Inspection” tab, advisors can check specific items such as wiper blades, tires and more. Additionally, you can visually capture vehicle damage repairs to cover liability. The upsell services can quickly be added to the “Services” tab for the existing appointment. Then, advisors present customers with an easy-to-understand summary report detailing the results of the inspection, as well as the scheduled repairs. Available as a printed handout or electronically, this enables advisors to easily review with the customer for their approval.
