Customer Portal

After customers receive their quote through an automated communication, the Customer Portal gives them the option of customizing it. Customers can choose options such as a different model or trim level, and a new, personalized quote will be generated that includes these preferences.

Service Ledger

The Quote Service Ledger gives a complete list of current activity in your store’s Service Department. This makes it easy for your sales team to identify which customers currently in the service lane represent the best sales opportunities. Not only that, it provides multiple communication options to the salesperson.

The Quote Sales Ledger helps your staff quickly identify their best sales prospects with an overview into recent customers’ quote details. Customers are ranked by their Trade Probability Rating in descending order, helping salespeople easily prioritize the customers they’d most like to follow up with.

The new Customer Details page gives sales staff convenient access to helpful customer overviews. The overview includes vehicle information, service history and purchasing habits, which can then be used to customize the best quote for that customer. The sales person can then follow up, provide the quote, and make status updates within the Customer Details page. It’s a quick and effective way to keep up with customers from quote to follow-up to sale.
