Print & Finishing Technician

Affinitiv is looking for an experienced full-time Print & Finishing Technician (P&F Tech) for second shift (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) in our Calabasas, CA facility. P&F Tech will be responsible for running assigned equipment, meeting daily targets and maintaining quality of printing product.

What You Get To Do:

  • Printing - format Xerox Igen 3 & 4; clean and maintain equipment to meet quality standards; trouble shoot using proper tools and techniques; proofread product; and verify correct quality and quantity
  • Cutting – verify accuracy of all specifications; use proper program for cutting; and verify dealer and account samples are correct
  • Folding – verify accuracy of all specifications; fold jobs and place them in proper staging area
  • Inserting – verify accuracy of all specifications; log work order specifications; file work orders in proper accounts

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Prior experience in Printing and Folding is required (preferably 2-3 years)
  • Experience with Xerox Igen 3 and/or 4 is a plus
  • High School diploma is required; Xerox certification is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Must follow procedures, identify and escalate issues, multi-task and meet target deadlines
  • Availability to work the second shift (1:30 pm – 10 pm Monday through Friday) and be available for occasional work on weekends
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision

Additional Requirements

  • Physical - lifting up to 40 lbs, some bending and prolonged standing

Inside Sales Representative

Affinitiv is looking for a driven, confident and energetic full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Chicago, IL location who enjoys prospecting clients, building relationships and making money. A successful Inside Sales Representative will leverage their excellent communication, sales and product knowledge skills to generate revenue through telephone sales of Affinitiv Products.

In this role you will be a proactive, consultative partner to our OEM clients. Your goal is to provide superior client support and product fulfillment in order to maintain positive client relationships and identify additional business opportunities. What you’ll do…

Training Representative

Job Overview:

The Training Representative is responsible for researching current and new accounts and trains the dealership personnel on utilizing the various tools in TimeHighway to enhance the way the service department does business. A consultative approach is warranted as Fixed Operations Directors and Service Managers will often ask for input on how to improve their business. This position works closely with other departments to establish timelines for setup changes, researching requests, and follow up with the dealership. In addition to providing dealership training, the Training Representative is responsible for training new TimeHighway associates on both service department functions and the TimeHighway program. Training Representatives are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with dealership personnel and TimeHighway associates.

This position is remote with east coast or Midwest location preferred. Hours will be 9a-6p ET.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide quality training for attendees with varying levels of automotive experience.
  • Coordinate webinar meetings to promptly start 15 minutes prior with invites sent before 8:00am (Eastern Time) to all attendees. Review all upcoming training sessions to be ready for possible conflicts.
  • Research dealership accounts to provide customized consultative training based on the attendee’s position and duties.
  • Create a positive training climate for trainees – reassure attendees throughout each session and work on buy- in tailored to the attendee’s position and job duties.
  • Manage and report on the attendance and demeanor of attendees.
  • Maintain the Training and Support Installation Spreadsheet to ensure successful implementation of new accounts.
  • Assist with new account follow-up calls and ongoing support calls to solidify relationships and ensure each dealership’s success.
  • Contribute to existing and future knowledge to ongoing training materials.
  • Remain current on topics related to all DMS Providers and to new program enhancements/features.
  • Ability to understand needs of individual dealerships, contact to review set up concerns, and implement solutions.
  • Work with other team members to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Report software issues for the team to duplicate and test the Development site when new code is released.
  • Prepare and deliver Training Bursts for TimeHighway associates on various topics.
  • Participates in Saturday HelpDesk rotation.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.

HelpDesk Team Member

Job Overview:

The HelpDesk Team Member is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns with the TimeHighway program using a high level of customer service skills.  Most inquiries are submitted via email and the HelpDesk Team Member is responsible for staying within the 5 minute rule to respond to dealership emails.

Hours will be 9a-6p PT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responding to multiple simultaneous email requests from dealership personnel within 5 minutes.
  • Effectively handle phone calls and high volume of emails from customers who have questions or concerns.
  • Providing exemplary customer service to our accounts.
  • Provide first level of support for dealerships and either answer or facilitate the answering of questions or escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze information received, asking clarifying questions, researching, locating answers, and gather additional information necessary to complete the request or post for other teams. Test changes made to dealership set up.
  • Remain current on topics related to new program enhancements/features.
  • Remain current on topics related to all DMS Providers.
  • Request logins for new dealership associates.
  • Take incoming and make outgoing calls to dealerships to answer questions and address concerns.
  • Provide dealership associates answers to questions about the TimeHighway program.
  • Manage, research, complete, and reply to assigned tasks.
  • Ability to understand needs of individual dealerships, contact to review set up concerns, and implement solutions.
  • Pull service lists and schedule and waiter spreadsheets.
  • Update email templates and profiles with new Service Manager information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; processing assigned tasks and working closely with the Setup and Training Teams to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule reviews for new Service Managers.
  • Schedule training for new dealership personnel.
  • Schedule refresher training sessions for existing dealership personnel.
  • Share information with other team members on how concerns were resolved.
  • Post relevant information in Basecamp and Highrise.
  • Recommend dealership best practices.
  • Maintain constructive relationships with dealership personnel.
  • Bring any recurring inquiries/concerns to the HelpDesk Manager.
  • Test Development and Production updates and enhancements.
  • Participates in Saturday HelpDesk rotation.
  • Maintain land line and home office computer, keep virus scan and internet software up to date.
  • Participate in Saturday HelpDesk rotation.
  • Other responsibilities as requested.
